White leather sofa faded. How do I make it bright white again?

Over the past five years my white leather sofa has turned from bright white to a very dull dingy dirty looking color. Parts of the sofa that are not exposed to the air remain bright white. I say bright white, but actually it is a very nice off-white color. The leather is a very soft leather, not the hard type of leather. It is not so much that it is dirty, just faded in color. Is there any way to bring it back to it's original color. I tried Holy Cow and a lot of cleaning products. Nothing seems to work. All a leather cleaner does is make it shine.

  1. YOU MIGHT TRY SADDLE SOAP...
  2. Mix 1 cup of salt water (3/4 Cup water & 1/4 cup of seasalt) 2 Tablespoons of baking soda 1 Teaspoon of flour in a large bowl. Dip the rag in the mixture and wipe down the couch. Then dry the couch with a dry rag. This will brighten & clean even the dirtiest couches... Good luck! It works....
  3. Your leather is not dirty.. The color is rubbing off over time and you are actually making it worse by continuing to try and clean it... You will need some restoration work.. There is no cleaner or conditioner that will bring the white color back on to a white leather sofa....
