Black Leather Furniture

How to fix a few tears on a black leather sofa?

I have a black leather sofa that has a few tears on the front end cushions and arm rests. How could I patch these up without it looking tacky?

1. Just turn the cushions over!! ;) Sorry...I couldn't resist. There are leather repair kits available that come with instruction on how to do it. Should be able to pick one up at a local furniture or hardware store. It's relatively easy to do, as long as the tears aren't too bad.
